i think it is good with the battery reward but i mean its a lil much and the 5,000 incentive is a no go not a good idea cuz that moneys gotta come from some where....... TAXES. I think he sould do the incentive and just have people go into the market on there own.

So, he wants to turn the US Government into a gameshow. Whoever can invent a new battery wins a prize. oh boy.
