I just bought some MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) Oil. I usually only use flaxseed oil but though i might add this as well. Says it increases metabolism a bit and gives u a good source of energy.

Info and FAQ http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mct.html

Im just interested in using it to help increase metabolism if it does at all.

Anyone use this regularly or tried it?

MCT's are a waste when you're dieting. If you're gonna use FATS for an energy source, they might as well serve a function in the body. MCTs are useless. all medium chain fats) have been called the FATLESS FAT. From a health standpoint, its a great immune system stimulator (lots of AIDS patients are now using it for its antiviral properties). remember, however, that Coconut Oil is not an essential fat
