I really like Mark when he is on stage ( and i know thats all that matters) but when you see some of his off season posing in the offseason something looks off because of maybe where he holds the weight.. either when i think he has a bright future ahead of him.. Im just not a fan of the gap him chest.. notice in last pic..

Who would have thought that with the massive rise in the numbers of people competing, the advances in the nutrition and drugs, and the general popularity of the sport; that we would get good BBers.

Ontopic: He looks impressive. There aren't many bbers who can bring shredded glutes to the stage.

I'm always very impressed with Mark's glutes and hamstrings. Double bicep is amazing. His rear lat is funky, I'm not sure if he's spreading to his full capability.

Its the vacuum pose which most Golden Age BB'ers did, well before the era of photo manipulation too. It could quite easily be real.

yeah, i doubt its photoshoped, there are actually a lot of bb'ers who can do it but its seriously not that flattering on most people, depending on the depth of definition in their abs and the genetic shape of their rib cage. But for the most part it looks good. i pretty much only like it when its the basic vacuum, the vacuum double bi, and this pose...

Other than that, i think the vacuum side chest is rediculous (sorry arnold). and the vacuum side tri makes you look too thin instead of looking powerful. just one dicks opinion
