I thought i would share this handy spread sheet,
Which obvious can be used for Bulking or dieting(cutting)

Just punch in those numbers of all your meals and it will add a total for protein, carbs, fats and calories

here is a screen shot of what it looks like
it goes up to 7 meals but you can add more to however meny you need

I'll try to find the rapidshare link. It's basically software for workout logs, food log, mood log, measurement log... etc...

You can set goals. It calculates your daily calorie intake and how much you burn, it estimates how much time till your goal depending upon your body reactions, etc...

It's fucking amazing.
