I figure I'll throw my hat into the ring here...
In this set of pictures (the MM and RLS) the top pictures are from when I was bulking in November of 2005 (around 205-210 pounds) and the bottom pictures are from early August (around 193 pounds), which was right when I was trying to maintain my condition while working grueling hours:
These two are side chests from a similar time frame as the first set - Novemeber 2005 (205-210 lbs) vs. July 2006 (195 lbs):
