Metformin during prep ..,

Does anyone,have experiencw with metformin er ...does it work for leanness ...I have about 50 ,,I am in,final prep and was thinking of using it help appreciate d

I don't have any experience with this, so I wouldn't have any knowledge on whether it's helpful or not.

Maybe I would have to research more on it to know if it's good to be used or not.

If I am not mistaken metformin is the maintenance medication for diabetes and my sister-in-law who is a nurse said that the specialist doctor in their hospital recommends using insulin instead of taking metformin which has a side effect in the long run. I guess you should not be using any drug without the supervision of a doctor.

Exactly! I completely agree with you on this about making sure not to self medicate and get the assistance of a professional doctor.

Some drugs have serious side effects.
