I agree..It's far better then Vista at this stage. I just hope Microsoft dont clutter it with gadgets ect ect as in Vista. IMO Windows Seven already surpass Windows XP

Just to let you know, its Vista with slight improvements as of now.
look it up, i had to re-check. they are going to rush this though.
why the hell cant microsoft wait longer, and do INTENSIVE work on it.
i mean, shit i can wait 3-4years as long as its solid like windows 2000

How is it like? FPS the same as if you were using Vista?

I dont know about the fps in wow..but I know I have better fps and overall performance then vs Vista..and Windows Seven feels more agile then XP imo..so it wouldn't supprise me if its faster then XP as it says in reviews

Far from it..I dont recall the exact figure but I think it takes about 400mb ram in idle while Vista took 1gb

Windows 7 is awesome from my experiances. I have it on my laptop, work desktop and HTPC. Its extremely stable, can use backward compatible drivers and is real fast. If you turn off all the graphic effects, its blazing. My boss has SSD's in his laptop and its blazing!

The trial is good till August. It uses far less resources.
