Mindy had a great day at the End of Summer Bash hitting all kinds of Pr's and qualifying for RUM VII...She also broke the RPS squat, bench and total world records to boot!
"Best Over All Female Lifter & 1st Place in 181 Weight Class & Amateur Raw Modern Division!
100 Pound Total PR! 65 lbs PR Squat, 5 lbs PR Bench, 50 lbs PR Deadlift! 8 for 9! It was a pretty good day considering! And Very BEST of all I Qualified for RUM VII! Semper Fi!"
