Hi there,
here i am sending a pic from gym of my friend. He do not know too much of english language, so he asked me to post it here.
He is 17. Has 175cm high and 85 kgs.
In this time he is prepparing for his first ever contest.

Great side tricep. Nothing seems lacking in that pose, but you should take pics of all poses to get constructive criticism.

Really impressive arms...not sure abut the legs but from this angle they look a litle small.
