He is looking small. he stopped bodybuilding for a while and lost mad weight. He has put more muscle on but not where he used to be.

Yes indeed, he does look really small + he seems to be behind a couple of weeks (condition vise).

Yeah, I remember when he got second in the Iron man pro behind Silvio Samuel a few years a go. There he looked great, always wonder what happen to him?
Why did he stop bodybuilding for a while?

I think he once said that he's just gonna concentrate to do other stuff (business). I think he had/has his own company...?

Yes, there he looked great Remember also when I bought my first Flex magazine a few years ago. And it was a interview with him about training and food etc.. it was one of the first things I saw about bodybuilding, before I knew what bodybuilding even was. I got real motivated just to read that and about him,!

Was top 10 for two consecutive years at the O (9th & 10th in '08 and '09). Overrated imo.

Mmmm.... ok, he's small, but he must be on gear now... so I doesn't make sense to me he "retired" due to health issues...

^ maybe they were health issues that got resolved or the severity of them is lower now.... According to him he is focusing on his business in which he is doing very well.

Standing on the Olympia stage and competing with 3 Mr Olympia winners in 2008 & 2009 was the highlight of my bodybuilding career! Dreams are free but to make it happen you would have to pay with a sacrifice passion and hard work to get there! I wish you all achieve yours.
