Jay definitely outsizes Vic, but Vic was sharper.

front relaxed- Jay - Jay has better legs and is bigger...and this just isn't a strong shot for Vic. Not an official shot, though, but I'll include it anyway.
front double bi- victor - Vic's shape kills Jay.
front lat spread- jay - Jay's legs, shoulders, and chest look better in this shot. I think it just looks awkward for Vic.
side chest- tie - Jay's bigger and his chest is better (imo Vic's chest isn't nearly as good as many people say). Vic has sharper legs, Jay wins in calves. Arms/delts are pretty much equal looking in this shot.
side tricep- tie - Arms/delts are equal, Jay's waist doesn't have the distended look Vic's does, and Jay wins again in calves and overall size. Vic's legs look better though... flip a coin.
Ab and thigh- I don't know...Jay's legs are better from the front and he outsizes Vic, but Vic's waist is smaller and has better flow.
Rear lat spread - Victor - Jay is a bit wider and has better rear delts and calves...but Vic's glutes and lower back condition give him the edge.
Rear double bi- Jay - Jay has a thicker back, better delts, better calves, and is bigger. This outweighs Vic's condition advantage imo.
Most muscular - Victor - Sharper, better across shoulder line.

The rest are ties. Problem is, this doesn't factor in how much each person won the shot by, so....do what Deathmaggot said and flip a coin. But personally, I had Vic winning, but these pictures make it appear closer than I had originally thought.

I'll still vote Vic, though.

it kinda depends on what exactly ur looking for but IMO Vic should have taken this show even though jay outmasses him......it's kind of hard to give it to jay even though he is more massive becuz of vic's conditioning mixed with a good size and great shape

Yeah Jay won, won thanks to "Weider's brother Magic Touch", prejudging was shit, condition The SOFTEST, carrying water, OMG, but Jay deserved it since Ronnie received a gift in 2002 Mr. Olympia, as Dorian did in 1995-1996-1997 with all his muscles torn, as Arnold did in 1980 with the poorest condition ever, as Larry Scott did with black athlete Harold Poole in the 60's, well It's not uncommon to see this happen so frequently with ashkenazi bros.
