i want to gain mass.
plain and simple.
what im eating:
5 am- mass gainer with about 600 cals and 125g carbs
7 am-pb sandwich with bowl of cereal- 700 or 800 cals
11 am-chicken, beef or fish with salad
3 pm - same as above
6 pm - same as 11 am
9 pm - same as 5 am
in total im eating close to 3,000 cals
about 100-150 protein
about 300g of carbs
please help
