here is what i do on mondays: heavy chest,light shoulders,and light bicep
bench press-5 sets
incline press-5 sets
either incline or flat flys-5 sets
cable crossovers-5 sets
millatary press- 3-4 sets
db millatary press- 3-4 sets
barbell curls- 3-4 sets
cable curls- 3-4 sets
all done in about an hour.
i want some feedback
and advice
