i'm shocked at how, even if you completely quit bbing, how some of these guys (namely federor and now mustafa) can lose ALL OF THEIR SIZE. they have to actively be trying to lose muscle because even with a complete cessation of gear and training he still wouldn't have lost that much size. he used to be a true mass monster. unreal.
