first brеакfast:7 eggwhites at 7am
cardio at 8 am
second breakfast:8 eggwhites at 10am
lunch:200 g chicken brest + 80 g rice at 1pm
next meal:200g beef + cabbage salat at 4pm
workout at 5pm
next meal:200g chicken brest + 1boiled potato(80g) at 7pm
dinner:200g fish(white fish) + boiled string bеans 100 g at 9:30
it is not very good diet, but for me it works
