Morning - 6 egg whites one whole egg with 30 g of carb and protein (oatmeal).
meal 2 - 30 g of protein and 30 g of carb, oatmeal and tuna.
meal 3 - a considerly large amoutn of vegetables consisting as broccoli and carrots with 6 egg white and 30 g of carb for oatmeal.
meal 4 - shake and 30 g of carb of oatmeal (30 g protein shake).
meal 5 - repeat meal 3.
meal 6 - 40 g of protein of cottage cheese and 900 ml of water.

I have 4 -5 litres of water a day and do 15 minutes of high intensity cardio 3-4 times a week. Now anything i need to add or remove or swap?:dunnodude:

What's your weight and height?. Those figures dont mean anything without knowing your stats mate.

But 150g carbs, would fit a 180-200lbs guy I guess
