my legs work out for a bad knee

ok so i have a really bad knee from football torn PCL completely and then it re occured three more times


5x12 calfe raises 100 pounds
5x12 squats 100 pounds
3x12 lungs 30 pounds in each hand
30 min on stationary bike

yea i know the weights sound so poonani but man when u gone through all the pain i have cuz how bad my knee is then u just want it better lol

I would start with the squat than some hamstring work maybe some unilateral work and a calf exercise. this way youve got every important part of your legs covered. dont worry about the weights, your health is more important.
