Sorry ya'll. I have fallen off, I know. Stuff has been crazy here lately. I have still been training, but I've been slacking on the log. I am going to S. Africa to visit my brother and then as soon as I get back I will be 110% working towards my show. I will definitely start the log back up then. I can only hope I look as good as Turk as I get ready for the show. Thanks for checkin in Prize, Lion and Prince!

Thanks bro, I need it... my body really feels like it's falling apart. I walk around the office with ice pads on my shoulder and my bicep. People think I'm crazy! This will be my first layoff from the gym in awhile.
