Some old pics'

Actually, the gym is closed to 7 January 2008, for the end of the year.

I pass one rep at 150kg to the Dead Lift, and 5 reps at 130kg to the squat.
I had many big aches, thanks to the training from a friend Mr Univers (75kg). It's incredible. I like that !

I plan to reach 85 kg for Christmas 2008.
