Both undefeated, Manny Robles III will meet Rigoberto Hermosillo in the ring in the undercard of the Duno-Rodriguez bout on May 16 at Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California. With 17 wins and 8 KOs, champion Robles will defend his NABF featherweight belt against Hermosillo who has 11 wins and 8 KOs with 1 draw.

Like the main event (Duno vs Rodriguez), this undercard was another very close fight with Robles successfully getting the nod of the judges on scores of 96-93 and 97-92 while the other judge gave the fight to Rodriguez with a score of 95-94. It is clearly one good fight with lots of activity from both boxers.
