First you need to make sure you have an adequate diet before taking into consideration supplements. You need to have a high quality diet, rich in macro and micro nutrients and then you can think about taking supplements. From my past experience I would recommend Whey Gold from ON, but only if you can take the necessary amount of protein from your food, otherwise you would be over-using your kidneys which might results in health problems. Also if you want to gain mass and can't eat the necessary amount of calories you should take into consideration Super Mass from ON, but don't exceed the recommended amount on the pack. As far as supps a good quality whey and creatine also a good multivitamin but whole food fresh veggies are best. Stick with lean beef chicken and turkey fish is always key. And good carbs brother

Your best solution would probably be a healthy nutrition using natural boosters to feed your muscles, than if all fails then look into supplements, that's my 2 cents,

I think the best nutrition supplement are organic fruits and vegetables. If possible everything has to be organic even the nutrition supplements. Synthetic medicines might have side effects. If you really want safe and nutritious supplements, I suggest you purchase the organic ones.
