The ideia started after posting something for fun in a thread somewhere
this was the first one. I told Dridd and Tkd I would do it so.
Poem nº1 ( made after a thread in the picture section)
i want veins the size of my eyes
popping out of my bi's and tri's
In the quads too, in all my body
but not in the head or on Big Bobby
Chiks don't digg it, some may like
some can say you're not their type
In the end all that matters, you know they like it big and vascular
So just be big and true to yourself,with big pipe veins -That's so spectacular!

This is the start of Natzo's poetry thread!
Squat
The bar lays in the rack
you're looking at it feeling no fear
your legs won't crack.
Step up to the weight, push yourself up
knowing you can
your legs will look good with a tan
Push to the limit go ATG
Don't do like Yamagishi, Oh NO!
That's not how you grow!
Have to do it below paralel
do this shit right!
Stop the pussy Squat, give your legs a good night.
You count with them for sex
your lady knows it well
you know too that she likes it way deeper than paralel.
Let's do the Squat and then throw up
there's nothing better than put a bar on the traps and stand up!
