I'm posting my diet to get some feeback from yall. Every suggestion is appreciated!
here it goes:
Meal 1
BCAAs+Creatine
100g of oats with a banana
300ml of Eggwhites (I'm gonna make another thread abou this)
Meal2
250ml egg protein shake (23g protein, 0% each and they pretty cheap, i'll post pics later.)
80-100g of corn flakes
Meal 3
(30min before - BCAAs)
Fish/Meat
Potatos/ rice
Meal 4
Carb and Protein shake
half chiken breast sandwich
Meal 5 (usually pre W)
BCAA's+Creatine + NO
yougurt with 70-80 g oats
Meal 6 (post W)
Whey shake+ vitargo+creatine
Meal7
Soup (lots of veggies)
Beef/chiken
Rice/pasta
Meal 8
80g oats
apple
2 slices of bread
