hey guys does anybody here trains their neck muscles and i dont mean traps by that??? I know there isn't a particular neck pose in bodybuilding,, but in my gym we have a special machine there that trains the neck from all the angles so I said wutaa heck why neglect them and started to train them a few months ago...it's just another thing to improve on.....

I use to when i wrestled, but I dont anymore. It definitely wont hurt, it will make you look bigger to have well developed "neck" muscles. But be careful if you wear dress shirts for work, you will have to buy new ones cause you neck wont fit em :keke:
I had that happen :no:, it can get expensive.

I train neck once a week, its definitely worth training :xyxthumbs:

I used to with football, but if you use your neck in training for a sport then it will be worked enough for most people. If you have the extra time, then why not. But for me now, its just a waste of time.

i have never had to train neck.
neck training could be dangerous, and i think its just unnessicary anyways

i train them for mma rugby good muscle to see like mike tyson and the japenese bb hidetada yamagishi he did for rugby

yeah i train my neck, this lithuanian guy came in to my gym about 6 weeks a go and showed me some great workouts, like putting a weight on your forehead and lying on a bench, different variations of that. but i have never had access to a machine that works the neck

I used to train neck for wrestling. Like hang a weight on a towel and put the towel arround your neck.

i agree with bigpimpen...

its uneccesary for the normal person

unless its for sports then yes..

but i dont want to be at the gym any longer..

yeah lye of a bench and put a weight on yh head and other excerises check bodybuilding.com
