SO im living heavy again and eating all the good foods.. I am using home gym and i have been in my diet for 2 weeks.

Your 17?? wow well for your age you are huge and thick! That normally takes years and maturity.
Do a clean bulk with chicken, fish, steaks, ground beef/sirloin, oatmeal, potatoes/yams, rice etc.
Thanks guys i upped my cardio to cardio every day except leg day 1 hour of moderate walking. Is walking fine for fat loss i got told its the longer way but its also the best way to keep muscle, i am eating clean everything. I will post more pics when i drop bf.
Well you've certainly got the size - at only 17 gotta be careful not to let it get carried away - but if you're on a sensible cut then it will be interesting to see the muscle under there! Good stuff.
