I agree with DriDDeRz about the less training and jesus juice making Ronnie's arm look smaller.
Jay's physique is looking a lot better especially this far out from the Olympia IMO.

Phil's arms always looked incredible big and Jay's were small last year. Now, Jay's and Phil's are the same size, but overall I believe Jay's still much bigger than Phil.

Yeah, maybe Ronnie is not taking any "supplements" (cough cough)... but you know if he wants to be BIG again, he could.

He is also farther back in the pick and at a different angle than Jay. His other recent pics so him in pretty big shape. Not 330 lbs ripped ronnie but still a good size.

Jay was massive, just incredibly massive!!!

I still outweighs me by at least 25-30lbs and is in great conditioning this far out. The best part is that I was able to hang with both Jay and Ronnie, as they are 2 of my favorites. I never thought I'd be able to actually hang out with these guys, so I am definitely living the dream. Stay tuned because they were doing a photo and video shoot for FLEX mag training shoulders and arms.

Great to see Ronnie taking some time to rest =)
It shouldn't be sad for him or us that he is getting smaller. That's how it goes, he already is THE FUCKING LEGEND. Nothing there to prove. And since he is a genetic anomaly, he can get big if he wanted to. Which as now, seems like de doesn't want to.

I, for one, would be glad to see him in a muscular but slender shape.

Now for Phil, holy FUCK man. Those arms and forearms are amazing. They outshape Jay's buy a ton, and also seem to be bigger. How many pounds do you think you will be adding this year ? Or are you focusing on something else ?
