I save the ice baths for deload/comp weeks only, use my Theragun almost daily before and after lifting, and I've started throwing red light sessions in on rest days, and that combo has made a noticeable difference in how fresh I feel week to week.

This is a useful distinction because the marketing around cryotherapy chambers often implies they're the "upgraded" option, when the actual research doesn't really back that up. A $20 tub of ice water for 10-15 minutes is still doing most of the same job as a $60 cryo session, just slower and less glamorous, and for most people chasing recovery on a budget that trade-off isn't close.
