Well the problem I run into is i have obligations during the day soooo.i dnt get nearly the amount of sleep I need ...and I'm actually used to it as I been going 5 years like this. Work,come home shower shave shit,make breakfast and my daughter's lunch,bring daughter to school pik her up bring to horse back riding ,gymnastics,drama class etc. Then home .make dinner (the wife cleans and does the phone calls appointments shit like that) all the while making my meals and training.....then work and restart lol.
