Best Body Nutrition athlete Daniel Toth begins with a hard diet phase. He is currently in the intensive preparations for the Arnold Classic Amateur early March 2012. The picture shows Daniel in training last weekend.

We had a meeting at the Best Body Nutrition Office and have the details for the Arnold Classic discussed. Then we drove with the Best Body boss Mr. Andreas Arzt to my preparer Manuel Bauer.
