well i think it deserve a big bloody pat on the back... like i had arguing in the tanning thread, but some pple just waved me off as the usual idiot.

After reading the article all I took away from it was that the ruling was about how dark you are allowed to tan. Didn't read anything about being "gold coloured".

If it's 'enforced' the way the IFBB supposedly 'enforces' its drug policy, then this announcement is completely irrelevant.

tbh i didnt read the thread.. i just said what local IFBB officials (who also compete, fyi at the worlds and europeans) have stated
