Noisy corner can cause technical point deduction

I did not know that a noisy corner can cause a points deduction against the fighter. In one MMA fight that I had watched a few weeks back, the referee had threatened a corner for being too noisy. The fight announcer clarified the matter and explained that a noisy corner can be charged a point deduction. Maybe that rule is to put some order in the fight. But I wonder because it seems that all the fights I have watched, be it boxing or MMA, the audio is always noisy and I presume the noise is coming from the fighter’s corner.
