Nokor H-bomb testing

Protest are pouring against the latest North Korean caper. The testing of their H-bomb created a tremor of intensity 5 that was felt in Japan and in South Korea. Both countries are complaining of the test and even urging the UN to make sanctions on the test. China has advised North Korea to stop such testing while the US remains quiet on the issue. The association of Southeast Asian nations is willing to mediate with North Korea but there was no reply from Kim Jong Un.
