Major difference is each sponsor has own forum or sub-forum.
Always respect any sponsor in all ways when posting in their forum. And remember each has their own forum to post on about them and no other sponsor.

Yes sir. Contest start is 2/1/18, so I guess you all are a step ahead of me. I trimmed up tonight & will start my log tonight or tomorrow morning

Very few pullups, pushups, dbs and things around house 1-2 times a wk.
My body held up till just about 4 weeks ago then it changed for worse.
Good luck brother. I will take it slow too.
