It was a short fight that ended in TKO when Mauro Cerilli released a knee to the head of Alain Ngalani in their heavyweight elimination fight for the belt held by Brandon Vera. What promised to be a good fight abruptly ended in less than a minute to the fight with that vicious knee. Cerilli has a 5-fight winning streak now and he is the reigning Cage Warriors heavyweight champion.

This was a quick fight, that was for sure, and Mauro Cerilli found the victory when he needed it most, followed by his bad defeat suffered by heavyweight champion Brandon Vera last year.
