Well I decided to measure myself since I havent before. I measured myself this morning around 9:00. It hasnt been a month yet since ive been dieting and ive already added about an inch to my arms and legs.

Neck: 14"
Chest: 38" :tear: (I really need to bring this up)
Right Arm: 14" (Grew an inch in about 3 weeks)
Left Arm: Almost 14"
Forearms: 11" (Pathetic)
Waist: 33" (This grew about 2 inches, lol)
Hips: 35" (This about 1 inch)
Left Leg: 23" :tear:
Right Leg: 23" :tear:
Left Calve: 15" :hsughr:
Right Calve: A little more than 15" :hsughr:

Well even though im still kind of small, everything is pretty proportional and I dont have any stand out bodyparts. I will measure myself again probably mid-January, and hopefully these measurements have increased quite a bit. muahahahaha.

hey...I thought you said you had better calves then me? which explains why my left calve is 16.5 and my right one is 15.5, both are bigger then yours...I win muahaha

The arms and chest will come up, you have the same weak points as I do really.

Your neck, calves, and arms are all almost the same, and that is good symettry. In a few good months you should have 15" guns muahahaha, domination

I thought my calves were better than yours. Well im waiting a little while until the rest of my body catches up to my calves, and then I will dominate calves twice a week.

Remember since I was in marching band for 4 years, my calves were 15" even when I started lifting...domination right there.

if they were 15" when you started that means they havent grown any...dont wait for your body to catch up because Calves are hardest part to make grow, you have only been hitting them with 3 sets lately too, you need to be hitting them twice a week 4-10 sets each time...you must demolish your calves

your db rows are looking pretty fantastic, and about time you start kicking those dbs up right, good job Paul. Soon you will hit 315 on deadlifts as well and that will be a glorious day.

Saturday we all shall dominated together, I am hyped too, itll be fun as hell.

Nice back workout big fella.

I had the same problem with the DB press man, just when you sit them on your knees, push up with your knees and push your arms up at almost the same time.

Yeah that didn't explain it at all I know :gayaway:

If you look at my signature, I updated my weight and BF. I gained about 2 lbs a lean muscle and fixed my BF. Its about 10-11%. I still have visible abs and that is good. That is what I want to maintain. See you tomorrow for Chest.

next time you do front squats I wanna see domination with 135 on every set.

That hack squat has improved nicely and lunges are one of the greatest feeling exercises, and they work those traps at the same time.

good job with your hammies as well, your lying leg curl was still good despite your hammies being tired after that.

Yes, my dips are getting really good, I am pretty pleased with them.

And no abs because I had to work at 5 and I was running out of time :tear:

I will do 135 every set, but I dont know how many reps I will get.

Nice weights on the dips, always impressive to see someone doing more than just their bodyweight and your skull crushers are also looking solid.

Good to see you're doing front squats on your leg day and props on the weights for hacks. Your execise selection is really good as well and really that's half the battle. Keep it up bro.
