Hey, guys i just wanted to make a thread were if you do something in the gym that you think you should be proud of and just need to put it out their that you achives something that day put it here:xyxthumbs:


Today i benched 205lbs and broke my previous record of 195lbs im 17 and weigh 150lbs:hsughr:

This year so far:
Bench: 135kg x 3
Squat: 170kg x 5
Deadlift: 180kg x 3

I've lifted heavier in the bench (145kg x 2) and the squat (180 x 3) but after spending 3 months away from the gym while backpacking I've had to work my way back up again. I'm happy with these lifts but the pale in comparison to Scoular (sp?) considering I outweigh him by nearly 30kg (I'm 82kg at 172cm/5'7). Damn strong little bugger!

benched 255 a couple weeks ago for one rep. Tried 260 but couldnt do it. Only 17 yrs old:hsughr:

505lbs Stiffed Leg Deadlift for 3 reps :) was very proud of it.. at the time i was 18 and just working out for 9 month :)

bench 220 lbs ~ a month ago.

deadlifts from today 315 lbs 4 sets, 3 reps each...felt awesome and I can't wait to hit them next session :hsughr:

I really have got to work on my deadlifts judging from the comparative weights other people are posting here.

my 1 rep max on the deadlift is 335 lbs and that record was set about 5 months ago im 17yrs old probably 146lbs at the time
