In 2003 Ronnie Coleman had arguably the best Back DB, Rear Lat Spread, Front Lat Spread, Side Chest, and Most Muscular the world has ever seen. Even Phil Heath would find this laughable.

Yes thats a fact.. I couldn't decide if ron or phil had the fdb.

I presume you're speaking of the lateral head of Ronnie's triceps and not the entire muscle as the bulk of his tris are actually quite large. The lateral head is still there but just lacking pronouncement in comparison to the medial and long heads.

Ive always liked Ronnie but Phil is over the top hands down, maybe mass Ronnie looks bigger but Phil has mass and hella definition. I think Phils gonna be the next generation ronnie
