IMO if he looked for the prejudging like he did here in this mm shot for the finals, he would've been 2nd.

He's a lot fuller at the finals while keeping the pre-judging condition. Finals for sure.

I dont think he had actualy completely hit the MM in the Prejudging shot so not really a right pic to base a comparison on... the very next pic (MM Crab) he looks a lot crisper in the prejudging shot

the pictures we can see an improvement that is true in reality it was obvious I was in O and what really is unfortunate that Phil was ill on Friday
