Dex looks good and as the champ he will be hard to beat. Especially if he brings his normal excellent conditioning.

Phil looks massive and balanced. If anything his arms are too big. Contest will be between him and Dex I'd say. Will probably come down to condition.

Phil looks incredible!!!!!

Dex also looks awesome but you can see the difference between his an phil´s size, and i think that Phil is in much better form.

I agree. Phil does look extremely impressive, but the only criticism may be that his arms currently are over powering things, but hey its not such a bad thing.
