thanks guys, i was very excited to pose in cali, as i have never done it. the fans were outstanding, which made me feel great, especially after the olympia. i am doing my best to improve and stay in decent shape for the rest of '09...gotta look good for my 30th bday haha. make sure to check out my website as it is revamped and will have a blog along with an e-newsletter.
