Thats probably just naturally his glands. Everyone has them. Some people have bigger ones than others. The only reason guys like Cutler and Ruhl don't have horrible gyno is because they have had the glands removed.

The best arms ever, what it really helps him is the tiny wrist no as the short structures of Lee Priest with his ultra wide wrist, instead, Phill carry a tiny wrist with an incredible brachialis, and all the stuff we know about him, the best arms ever, No Ronnie, No Markus, No Lee, Sorry.
