When he starts to train there is a song similar to "Shoreline" from the same band that i've posted above, then after 5:22 (one arm db rows) starts "Show me the edge" as well from the same band, and at 7:02 (ez bar curls) i think it's playing "Breakdown", all of them from the same band,
