I hope, he has always seemed down to earth on here and from fan reviews when they meet him.

everything has silly. keep in mind that i haven't trained arms religiously in a couple yrs as i was bringing up other areas. as long as i'm healthy, you'll get to see the improvements. i'm very excited as my training has never been better...guess I needed to get sick to find myself lol.
