Phil Heath on the new year!

Had a great first week of 2022, so I had to strike a pose haha. Some awesome zoom calls, which enabled me to learn a ton on the current economy, also allowing myself to learn more on how I can help others champion through their business dilemmas. I am thankful to be alive and able to have that fire which I showed on stage many many times.

It's imperative to remember your "WHY" and how you interpret adversity. I'll be honest, I didn't always look at adversity as an opportunity to personal growth, but after looking myself in the mirror daily, not in vanity but in my search for something greater, I was able to understand myself for once. Becoming a master of self is the toughest yet most enlightening process we have and I challenge everyone to be encouraged to continue that path on self improvement.

You're never alone in this process as we are all running our own race. After awhile you'll be able to run through those barriers with an actual smile because you've demanded greatness from within and realize that every time there was a roadblock, you know in your soul that triumph awaits on the other side.

Continue to do the work with your best effort yet and your future self will be rooting you on and when you meet, the smile will be something a greater.
