He's been pretty regular in stating 56cm for his arms. Although that is probably prior to the mass he has just added recently. Wouldn't be surprised if there is an extra centimetre or two on that now.

His arms look much bigger than 22, he is lucky to have those genetics. One of his legs has a different shape than the other, i wonder if it will become more apparent as he gets older. i noticed it when i met him at the iroman.... not enough difference to take anything away from his physique though.
