Pics of me at the NPC Natural Ohio when i was 17. It was my first show and did it by myself and am trying to put on alot of mass for the next one.

Not bad.How much did you weight on these and how much do you weight now?

I weighed about 155 at 5'9 and now i weight about 185. After the show about a week after i weighed 180 thats how much water i gained back.
