Where are you guys pinning? I do my thigh but today I went to deep and my leg has been killing all day.

I never do thighs. Always some discomfort.

I do only glutes and delts. I've done chest in the past, better than thigh.

I only inject IM in my thighs. I sometimes ask my girlfriend to pin in the glutes, but I don't like to do it myself. I've been pinning for more than 30 years, and it's still not my favorite thing to do. Soon I will go just TRT and pinn subq.
