I think Quincy should really practice on his posing though. When you work that hard to compete you owe it to yourself to display that physique properly and show it to the world. Hell even I practice my posing routines (one day...).

I know this shouldn't belong in this thread but I didn't want to start a new one. This is Rusty when he was 3 days out from the show.


"My friend Rusty was kind enough to do do an impromptu posing session in the gym after a workout. This is 3 days out from Phx Pro and Rusty is completely carb depleted but still looks totally full and vascular anyway."

Skip to about 1:50 when he starts freestyle posing. So awesome. He just flows naturally man with ease. Love it!

PS: Look at him trying to look new school with his red cap. Pff! He ain't foolin' us!

I still can't see how Melvin took this one... Besides his posing is kinda boring nowadays, I mean it's every single time the same shit. Music might be slightly different and poses are in different order but the "formula" is the same.

Yeah I agree, that "matrix" shit and dancing he does in his routines are awful imo.


btw, just when I thought the webcast replays for the Phoenix should be available, guess what, you still have to pay 10$ for that lol,
