Sometimes after a tight and intensive workout, I develop inflammation in my hands and legs and this poses a challenge when one resumes workout. Anyone who experiences such? Are there remedies?

Inflammation is only solved with ice, stretching and resting. If the problems persists I'd check an osteopath.
