this is me after a chest session. im 76 kg natural from the uk . aiming to bulk up abit but also shred some fat from my obliques and lower abs..

im 27 , 5 ft 8". been working out for 2 years but never with a strict diet . so im trying 6 meals a day strict diet with no shite food.

That plan doesnt work. U cut fat from everywhere of your body, you cant target your cutting for certain part of your body. My advice would be : Good bulk and after that u can cut that fat away!

I might be wrong too :keke:

Hm,IMO Yohimbin might be a good solution in cuting that stubborn fat...So,I would recomand u a fatburner that contains Yohimbe extrat,but AFTER bulking;it can be difficult bulking up and cutting at the same time...Altough,u can also manipulate your macronutrient intake to prevent gaining fat instade lean muscle...

sounds like a good idea, ive been looking at fatburners but i would prefer a natural one as i dont take well to shit loads of caffeine. can u recommend ne ?

most of them are loaded with caff...try Animal Cuts,its excelan fatburner,proven many times,and has resonable amounts of caff...But,as far as I know,it doesnt contains yohimbe extrat no more..
